i know ther are many sites that provide free themes
but for those users who want to create their own themes
you dont need any programming knowledge for it
for this you can use online service called ownskin.com
Go to OwnSkin.com and register there.
Registration is completely free. Login to your account and start creating your themes.
The procedure is very simple. After logging in to your account
click on “create new” button.
Then select “Make a Theme”.
Then use your imagination to create your unique themes
